According to my spouse it is putting water inside buildings. Yep! Another bathroom needs attending. We are hoping the tenants move out soon -- they are behind in their rent -- so we can properly redo the entire bathroom, but tomorrow we'll be working on the bathtub/shower faucet. When the shower is in use, there is water dripping into the basement. Those tub faucet units are the pits to redo, but we have access doors to all our tub fixtures so at least we can easily reach the pipes for repair or replacement. Tomorrow will not be one of my favorite days. Fortunately, my job will be as a go-fer. It doesn't get much easier than that.
