I am Cassie. Me and my husband are currently in the process of "hopefully" purchasing a 122 year old farm house. Its a 2 story with 4 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths, 2 car detached garage on 3 acres and is our DREAM HOME! It is livable but needs remodeled. I thought I'd come on here to get advice, tips, ideas ect. It pretty much needs everything! A few of the rooms need new ceilings, drywall to replace bad walls, have to work on the foundation, new carpets (the ones currently in are either stained, ripped or just plain ugly!) The list goes on and on! I am no expert by any means, but my husband is a heck of a handy man and I love home design myself. He calls me "home wrecker" haha! Glad to be here!
